The Body Hub Assessment
The body hub assessment can be done in several ways to best suit your needs. We can look at body fat percentage or just focus on weight and BMI. We can also do postural analysis to best advise on a training program to improve posture and reduce pain and injury. We also do a fitness test on either the treadmill, bike or rower.
With all of the above, the most important thing is to pick a means of testing so that in a months time we can re test and monitor improvements.
